Colonel David W. May commands Volk Field Air National Guard Base, Camp Douglas, Wisconsin, which includes the Combat Readiness Training Center, the 128th Air Control Squadron, and the 126th Weather Flight. He is responsible for all aspects of mission performance of these three diverse organizations.

US Army Garrison Fort McCoy

Fort McCoy’s mission is to underpin Total Force Readiness by serving as a training center and a support site for power projection missions. Fort McCoy’s primary responsibility is to support the training and readiness of military personnel and units of all branches and components of America’s armed forces. Fort McCoy is a Secondary Mobilization Force Generation Installation prepared to support contingency operations as ordered.

Eric Ness is the District Director for the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Wisconsin District with locations in Madison and in Milwaukee. As District Director, Eric is responsible for the delivery of SBA programs throughout Wisconsin.

Dane Deutsch

President / CEO, DCS Netlink

Dane Deutsch is a retired US Air Force Captain, who during his last assignment was in charge of all communications for the country of Turkey. He currently holds MCSE, MCP, A+, Network+ certifications, WatchGuard certifications and Google Sales & Deployment Specialist certifications. Dane’s true leadership abilities and skills have helped form a team that truly has a passion for Internet Security at his company, DCS Netlink (Rice Lake, WI). Dane speaks at events around the nation on the topic of Internet Security, and has become known for a popular presentation titled “Security is everyone’s business, Starting With The CEO”. In 2018, Dane began teaching Cyber Security Ethics at the University of Wisconsin – Stout in Menomonie, WI. Dane sits on the UW Stout IT Advisory Committee and helped develop their Bachelor and Masters degree curriculums.

Corey Walton

Community Outreach & Resource Planning Specialist (CORPS), U.S. Department of Labor/Wage and Hour Division

Corey Walton has been with the U.S. Department of Labor/Wage-Hour Division since 1997.  He spent 15 years as an investigator investigating hundreds of cases under several laws including the Davis-Bacon and Related Acts, the Service Contract Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and the Family Medical Leave Act.  Over the past seven years, Corey has served as the Community Outreach & Resource Planning Specialist (CORPS) in Wage and Hour’s Minneapolis District Office.  In that capacity, Corey spends most of his time organizing and conducting DOL educational and training events throughout the states of Wisconsin and Minnesota.

Kevin Chesnik

Principal Engineer, Applied Research Associates, Inc. (ARA)

Kevin Chesnik, P.E., is a Principal Engineer for ARA and has more than thirty-seven years of experience in transportation engineering and public policy analysis. Prior to joining ARA in 2011, Mr. Chesnik served as the Administrator and Chief Engineer of Wisconsin DOT. He also served as Wisconsin’s member on AASHTO’s standing committees of highways (SCOH) and Research (SCOR). As the chair of SCOH’s Technology Implementation Group (TIG), he helped create and build a state deployment and implementation plan for emerging research with SHRP2.

Lisa Fleming

Manager, Municipal Services, Ayres Associates

Lisa Fleming, a registered professional engineer in Wisconsin and Minnesota, oversees Ayres Associates’ municipal services group as it serves government and private clients. She joined Ayres Associates in 2003, bringing 22 years of experience in transportation engineering and construction supervision. As a civil engineer, she brings a straightforward approach to a range of planning and design engineering services. She has worked as an engineer on several federal government projects, including projects at Fort McCoy.
