May commands Volk Field Air National Guard Base, Camp Douglas, Wisconsin, which includes the Combat Readiness Training Center, the 128th Air Control Squadron, and the 126th Weather Flight. He is responsible for all aspects of mission performance of these three diverse organizations.

She advocates for maximum opportunities and participation of small business utilization within USTRANSCOM acquisitions. Mrs. Mudd-Yarber ensures the Command staff and its customers are educated on Small Business regulations, policies, and goals.

The Wisconsin Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse is part of a statewide network of SBDCs working with business owners and entrepreneurs to facilitate business growth and improvement, and to launch successful new companies. Through no-cost consulting, low-cost entrepreneurial education, and strategic facilitation, SBDC experts serve as resources for small and emerging mid-size companies.
